By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 12/04/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 04/22/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

ALL THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, all rights, ways, means, privileges, servitudes, prescriptions and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining thereto, situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, being designated as LOT FOURTEEN (14) OF BLOCK FOUR (4) on a plan of subdivision entitled "Phase One and Two, Magnolia Park Subdivision, Addendum No. 6", located in Sections 15 and 58, T15S, R16E, Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, made by Warren & Associates, Civil Engineers, Land Surveyors, Thibodaux, Louisiana, dated March 20, 1982, and duly recorded in the Conveyance records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, in COB 817, Folio 103, under Entry Number 581856, said Lot Fourteen (14) of Block Four (4) measures 75 feet on its Western boundary, 75 feet on its Eastern boundary, by a depth of 162.72 feet on its Northern boundary line and 162.53 feet on its Southern boundary line and is bounded as follows: In front or in a Westerly direction by West Camelia Drive, in the rear or in an Easterly direction by property of Richard Knight, in a Northerly direction by Lot Thirteen (13) of Block Four (4) of the above referenced subdivision, and in a Southerly direction by Lot Fifteen (15) of Block Four (4) of the above referenced subdivision.
