NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on behalf of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency on April 2, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, via teleconference. Pursuant to Revenue Procedure 2020-21, the public hearing may be accessed by dialing the Toll-free Number 1-866-306-1693, Access Code 484858891#. This hearing is for the purpose of considering the approval of the issuance in one or more series of multifamily housing revenue bonds (the "Bonds") pursuant to a common plan of finance, in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $10,000,000, by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, pursuant to Article VIII, Section 16 of the Ohio Constitution and Chapter 175 of the Ohio Revised Code. If the Bonds are approved, the proceeds will be loaned to Maple RAD LLC, an Ohio limited liability company or its successors or assigns (the "Borrower") for the purposes of acquiring, rehabilitating and equipping an approximately 120-unit residential rental facility for individuals and families of low and moderate income located at 601 Maple Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45229 (the "Project").
The initial legal owner or principal user of the Project is expected to be the Borrower. THE BONDS SHALL NOT REPRESENT OR CONSTITUTE A DEBT OR PLEDGE OF FAITH AND CREDIT OR ANY TAXING POWER OF THE OHIO HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY, THE STATE OF OHIO OR ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF OHIO.
Interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and will be given an opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed issuance of the Bonds and the financing of the Project. Anyone desiring to make written comments can mail and/or hand deliver them to the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Suite 300, Columbus, Ohio, 43231, Attn: Duane McCrobie, Hearing Officer by no later than 5 p.m. on the day prior to the public hearing. This notice is given pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code and Chapter 175.07, Ohio Revised Code and Revenue Procedure 2020-21, as amended by 2021-39.
