Public Hearing A Public Quasi-Judicial Hearing will be held by the City of Valparaiso Planning Commission to consider a variance request for the residential property described as parcel number 12-1S-23-253D-0005-0150, 241 Grandview Avenue. The Hearing will be on April 7, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Commission Chambers at City Hall (23 John Sims Parkway). Requested Actions The owner of the above described property parcel number 12-1S-23-253D-0005-0150 has requested that a variance be granted to allow dimensional changes to the side setback on Florida Avenue. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard concerning this variance request.
