Code §39-1-1 (1975), notice is hereby given that REV Construction, Inc. has completed its contract with Etowah County Commission, for the NE Alabama Regional Megasite Interstate 59 Utility Crossing. GMC Project No. CBHM220009(3). Any person(s) having a claim against the project should notify Wheeler Crook, P.E., Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC, 2660 EastChase Lane, Suite 200, Montgomery, AL 36117. All claims should be filed within 30 days of the first publication of this notice. This notice will be published for a period of three (3) successive weeks beginning MARCH 20, 2026. A final settlement will not be made upon the contract until the expiration of thirty (30) days after completion of notice.
