NOTICE INVITING BIDS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City of San Buenaventura, California, on the online service Quest Construction Data Network (Quest CDN) before 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday the 31st day of March, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read for the Hilltop Drive Slope Erosion and Slope Stabilization project which consists of stabilization of approximately 80 linear feet of roadway and adjacent slope including all appurtenances such as excavation, geogrid placement, backfill and replacement of improvements. The said work shall be performed in strict conformity with specifications therefore being Specification No. 2025-030. The Engineer’s Estimate of cost is $209,900.
