LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF BREWSTER POLE HEARING Millstone Road/Joe Long Road EVERSOURCE ENERGY & NSTAR ELECTRIC COMPANY (d/b/a Eversource Energy) requests permission to locate and relocate poles, wires, cables and fixtures, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, to be owned and used in common by your petitioners, along and across the Millstone Road. To install one (1) new FO pole 17/29-A. As well as permission to locate underground cables, conduits, manholes, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, in, under, along and across the following public way or ways of Millstone Road. To install 50’ +/- of 1-2” conduit and one (1) new pullbox 10037/045.   Wherefore it prays that after due notice and hearing as provided by law, it be granted a location for and permission to install and maintain underground cables, conduits, and manholes, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as it may find necessary, said underground cables, conduits, and manholes to be installed substantially in accordance with the plans filed herewith marked Plan No. 24559494 dated February 11, 2026.   A public hearing on the petition will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 10:00am at Brewster Town Hall, Room B.
