HULL SUBDIVISION OF A TRACT KNOWN AS NUMBER ELEVEN (11), OF THE MILLEN LOTS, AS APPEARS ON THE MAP THEREOF, BY JOHN B. HOGG, CITY SURVEYOR, DATED OCTOBER 17, 1870, OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF CHATHAM COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN BOOK 4-H, FOLIO 513, AND AS APPEARS UPON THE OFFICIAL MAP OF SAID CITY ALSO AS LOT NUMBER TWENTY-EIGHT (28), IN BLOCK ELEVEN (11), SCHWARZ
