March 18, 2026 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SCHEDULE A OF SECTION 340.0003 OF CHAPTER 340 OF THE BROWN COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES (CTH "DD" AND CTH "M") THE BROWN COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 - Schedule A of Section 340.0003 of Chapter 340 is hereby amended as follows (NOTES: 1) The following speed limit and other changes were made during the re-design and re-construction of the roadways, and speed was considered in the re-design so no separate Traffic Study was required; and 2) Amendments shown below include additions in underline, and deletions in strikethrough.): County Trunk Highway "DD", Village of Wrightstown: Thirty-five Twenty-five miles per hour from South County Line Road, north to the intersection of Poplar Street. a point 0.11 of a mile north of Stephens Street, at the Wrightstown Village limits, south and easterly to its intersection with Main Street. Twenty-five miles per hour from the intersection of Poplar Street north and east to the intersection with Main Street (STH 96/CTH D). County Trunk Highway "M", Village of Suamico: Thirty-five miles per hour from its intersection with County Trunk Highway "B" in the unincorporated place known as Flintville southerly for a distance of 0.52 of a mile. Forty-five miles per hour from a point 0.52 miles south of CTH "B" to the intersection of Autumn Wood Lane. Thirty-five miles per hour from the intersection of Autumn Wood Lane to the intersection of Cornell Road. of the shopping complex 1,200-feet east of County Trunk Highway "HS" (Velp Avenue). Forty-five miles per hour from the intersection of Cornell Road to the intersection of W. Deerfield Avenue. Thirty-five miles per hour from the intersection of E. Deerfield Avenue to the intersection of Lakeview Drive (CTHs EB and J). Section 2 - This ordinance shall become effective upon passage and publication pursuant to law.
