2026 CCMG Mill & Resurface Project – Church St. & Marion St.
The Town of Morgantown is requesting Bids for the construction of 2026 CCMG Mill & Resurface Project – Church St. & Marion St. Bids for the construction of the project will be received at the Morgantown Town Hall located at 269 West Washington Street, Morgantown, Indiana 46160 until 6:00p.m. local time, April 13, 2026, the Bids received will publicly opened and read at the Town Council meeting that evening.
The project includes Mill & Resurface portions of 2 streets in the Town of Morgantown, Morgan County, totaling approximately 0.35 miles (± 1,800 ft) of local roads including: Church Street: South from Washington St. to SR 135; and Marion Street. from SR 252 to Sycamore St. Work to include: mill street; edge grass, as necessary; mill tie-in joints; sweep clean; tack coat; wedge & level as needed; full-depth patching asphalt base as needed; pave with approx.2.0 inches of Hot Mix Asphalt; pavement markings; ADA curb ramp upgrades; drainage improvements; adjust castings as needed; and other miscellaneous items.
Prospective Bidders may request the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. The Issuing Office of the Bidding Documents is Fleis & VandenBrink Engineering, Inc. (F&V), 5750 Castle Creek Parkway North Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana 46240, Telephone: 317-843-0022, via FTP site: bidroom@fveng.com. Bidding Documents will be available on or about March 16, 2026, and can be emailed in portable document format (PDF) at no charge; hard copy documents are not available. Non-biddable documents may be viewed in the on-line Bid Room at www.fveng.com/bid-room/.
The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.
A pre-bid conference will not be held.

The Town of Morgantown reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Town of Morgantown.
Note: All prospective bidders must be prequalified to work on INDOT projects. Any sub-contractor with $300,000 or more of work must also be prequalified. Documentation of prequalification must be submitted with all bids.
