Mobilization 1B- 70,916 S.Y. Asphalt Fiber Reinforced Seal with Asphalt Fog Seal for Asphalt Seal Coat 1C- 11,616 S.Y. Asphalt Fiber Reinforced Seal with Asphalt Fog Seal for Asphalt Seal Coat (Bull Rd Extended) (add alternate) 1D- 1 L.S. Demobilization ESCALATOR CLAUSE – Resolution 2026-09 was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on February 23, 2026, as required by PennDOT Chapter 449.6. The March 2026 Price Index for PennDOT District 8 is $589.00. This shall not affect these projects. Notice is hereby given to bidders that MS-944 is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. A Bid Bond, by acceptable surety, or a certified check made payable to Dover Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid, must be deposited by each bidder with the bid. The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety) as specified in the Contract. All proposals must be upon PennDOT forms. Plans and contract documents are available at no cost on PennBid. Dover Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award which is in the best interest of the Township.
