PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Warwick Township Zon-ing Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on the following matter on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the War-wick Township Administration Building, 1733 Township Greene, Jamison, PA. All members of the community or interested parties are invited to attend.
7:00 Application of Jayden and Christine Guvener for property known as 2089 Harmony Lane, in the Township (TMP No. 51-015-023) in the RR Restricted Residential Zoning District. The Application requests the following relief from the Warwick Township Zoning Ordinance: a variance from: Section 195-9 to allow a pre-existing non-conforming lot that does not have frontage on a public street; from Section 195-16B(1)(a)(2) to permit construction of a single family dwelling on a lot that has 22,500 square feet where 40,00 square feet is required; Section 195-60.C.1 to permit disturbance of 83% of the steep slopes between 8% and 15% where a disturbance of 40% is allowed; Section 195-60.C.2 to permit disturbance of 62% steep slopes between 15% and 25% where disturbance of 30% is permitted; Section 195-60.D.2 to permit disturbance of 75% of the woodlands on the property where 20% is permitted; and Section 195-64 to permit removal of 75% of the trees on the property without tree replacement.
