Notice is hereby given in accordance with MGL, Ch. 40A, Sec. 11 and 15, that a virtual remote public hearing will be held by the Rockland Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 7:40pm on the petition submitted by JC Foods LLC d.b.a. ViVi Tea and MD Chicken, 900 Hingham St, Ste #936, Rockland, MA 02370 for a Special Permit pursuant to Zoning By-law Sections 415-19(C)(8): H-1 Industrial Park-Hotel District, Uses requiring special permit, Restaurants and coffee shops, 415-16(C)(8): I-2 Industrial Park Zoning District, Uses requiring special permit, Restaurants and coffee shops and 415-89, Special Permits, to allow a take-out restaurant that serves Korean Fried Chicken and Bubble Tea and for a Dimensional Variance pursuant to Zoning By-law Article VI, Sections 415-45(D)(1)(b): Industrial Districts, Wall Sign, Maximum Area 24 square feet to install a 65” x 120” front lit channel letter sign to the wall. The location is known as 900 Hingham Street, Ste #936, Rockland, MA, and is in the H-1 Industrial Park-Hotel (overlay) District / I-2 Limited Industrial Zoning District, Sections 415-19 and 415-16 of the Zoning By-law, Assessor’s Ref: Map 9, Lot 3 on the Rockland Assessor’s Maps.
