Public Hearing Notice   The Upton Conservation Commission will conduct a public hearing pursuant to MGL Chapter 40A, Section 5 on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in Upton Town Hall room G07 and remote via Zoom to consider revisions to the Town of Upton Stormwater Management Bylaw Chapter 242 as well as Town of Upton Regulations Chapter 325 Stormwater. Such to be submitted to the Warrant for Town Meeting: A copy of the full text of the revisions to the Upton Stormwater Bylaw and Re-gulations can be viewed on the Town of Upton Conservation web page: https://www.uptonma. gov/511/Conservation- Commission or in the Conservation Of-fice, located at 1 Main St. Upton 01568, second floor.
