PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Howell will hold a public hearing on the application of Simcha Hall, LLC. The hearing will take place at the Municipal Building, 4567 Route 9 North, 2nd Floor, Howell, New Jersey 07731. The premises which are the subject of the application are located at 5321 US Highway 9 North, Howell, New Jersey. Said premises are also known as Block 25, Lot 54.08 in Howell Township, New Jersey.
The applicant is seeking Minor Site Plan and Use Variance approval to convert one unit within the shopping center within Building "F" from retail to a banquet hall for hosting social and business events.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such density, use bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
All Documents relating to the application may be inspected by the public by contacting the Board Secretary during normal business hours at the Municipal Building, 4567 Route 9 North, Howell, New Jersey. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
