A hearing on said Application is set for the 18th day of May, 2026, at 2:30 o'clock p.m. in the Osage County Courthouse, 600 Grandview, Pawhuska, Oklahoma, before the undersigned.   Said Application alleges that the minor child should be eligible for adoption without the consent of the unknown father for the reason that you, the natural father, have refused, failed, or neglected to provide any support for the minor for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months out of the last fourteen (14) months immediately preceding the filing of the Petition for Adoption herein and have failed to establish and/or maintain a substantial and positive relationship with the minor child for twelve (12) consecutive months out of the last fourteen (14) months preceding the filing of this Petition.   NOTICE is hereby given that the Court will hear evidence in support of and in opposition to the granting of the Application at the time and place above shown where you will have the right to be present and an opportunity to be heard at said time and place including the right to object to the adoption of said child. Your failure to appear at said hearing shall constitute a denial of your interest in the child which denial may result, without further notice of this proceeding or any subsequent proceedings, in said child=s adoption without your consent. and, the Court will, on the date and time of the Hearing, enter an Order terminating your parental rights without further notice.
