The Project consists of but not limited to: Kitchen and bath renovations at 4 units in an elderly housing development. The work is estimated to cost $300,000.00. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 04/03/2026 at 11:00AM EDT for filed sub-bids and by 04/17/2026 at 11:00AM EDT for general bids.
