March 12, 2026 Common Council meeting was called to order by Mayor TeStrake at 5:30 p.m., in the Drendel Room at Second Street Community Center PRESENT: Mike Feirer, Natasha Tompkins, Scott Koran, Jen Delis, Brian Giles (via Zoom), Mike O'Reilly (via Zoom) and Andrew Reigel (via Zoom). ABSENT: Brian Varsho, Brian Giles, Rebecca Spiros ALSO PRESENT: City personnel (Steve Barg, Steve Bakos, Brian Barnes, Justin Casperson, Tim Cassidy, Sarah Dresel, Jody Geurink, Mark Kivela, James Lieven, Tom Loucks, Everett Mueller, Eng Ng, Jill Porter, Jessica Schiferl, and Jennifer Selenske) and Community member Russ Stauber. Daniel Foth, UW – Extension, led the Common Council and City Staff in a work session to develop a strategic plan. There was discussion among small groups and the group as a whole.
