LEGAL NOTICE   The Unknown Heirs of Terry Thompson whose last places of residence/business are unknown but whose present places of residence/business are unknown will take notice that on February 5, 2026, Self Help Ventures Fund filed its Complaint for Declaratory Judgement in Case No.2026CV00255 in the Court of Common Pleas Stark County, Ohio, 115 Central Plaza North, Suite #101, Canton, Ohio 44702, alleging that the Defendant(s) The Unknown Heirs of Terry Thompson have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Permanent Parcel Number: 236683, 236684; Property Address: 204 Cornelia Avenue Northeast, Canton, OH 44704. The legal description may be obtained from the Stark County Auditor at 110 Central Plaza South, Suite 220, Canton, Ohio 44702, 330-451-7357. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
