BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 29th day of April, 2026 the following property to-wit :
A certain piece, parcel of tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows:
Lot Eleven (11) of the Jet Subdivision of Lot Two (2) of the Subdivision of the Eastern portion of Lots Three (3) of Oak Isle Plantation located in Section 34, T4N, R2W, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly shown on certifiate of Survey by Frank L. Willis & Associates dated July 14, 1982, a copy of which is attached to the quitclaim deed at COB 1288-515, Records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana ("Property")
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITHOUT" APPRAISEMENT
NOTE: ALL SALES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RPSO BY 2:00 PM ON DAY OF SALE. ALL FUNDS MUST BE PAID WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR BANK MONEY ORDER. ANYONE INTERESTED IN BIDDING MUST SUBMIT AN IRREVOCABLE BANK LETTER OF CREDIT TO THE RPSO CIVIL DIVISION PRIOR TO THE SALE.
