REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS DEVELOPER PARTNER/PROFESIONAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING INDEFINITE QUANITY CONTRACT (2026-2030) The Housing Authority of the City of Erie (HACE) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from Professional Affordable Housing Consulting Firms to perform various developmental supportive services associated with the preservation of existing and development of new Affordable Housing units.
