Plaintiff also filed an Affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of Defendants, Unknown Heirs and/or Legatees of Theresa C. Shannon and Theresa C. Shannon Revocable Living Trust, upon diligent inquiry are unknown. The cause of action is for default on a promissory note and foreclosure upon a mortgage on the following described real estate:   Lot Number Four (4) in C'S ROLLING MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, FIRST SECTION, an addition to the Town of Brooklyn, as per plat thereof recorded in Deed Record 270 page 120 in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana.
