BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 11/19/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 5/13/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
One (1) certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, Stat of Louisiana, thereof known on that certain plat of map as:
Lot sixteen (16) of block one (1), Acadialand Subdivision
One (1) certain lot of ground, situated in Acadialand Subdivision, in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisinaa, being shown and designated on a plan of said Acadialand Subdivision, made by DeFraites Associates, Inc., certified by Arthur A. DeFraites, Jr., C.E., dated April 6, 1967, and on file in the office of the clerk of court of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, at COB 434, folio 25, entry number 316819, map no. 2285, as lot sixteen (16), block one (1), of said Acadialand Subdivision, said lot measuring a front of eighty (80') feet on the south side of Mary Hughes Court, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of one hundred ten (110') feet, and measuring eighty (80') feet across the rear line, said lot being bounded as follows: Front or north by Mary Hughes Court, south by other property of the Funderburk Corporation, east by lot seventeen (17) and west by lot fifteen (15), all in block one (1) of said Acadialand Subdivision.
