Some participants participated electronically under Iowa Code 21.8. The meeting was called to order by President Brad Honold with the following authorized representatives or alternates present:

The following actions were unanimously approved unless otherwise noted:
Pick/Langschwager to waive the reading of the annual meeting notice. Willemssen/Montag to approve the minutes of the Annual Meeting held April 8, 2025 and the Special Meeting of the Members held December 8, 2025. Willemssen/Langschwager to elect the following to the Board of Directors each for a term of 3 years: John Bilsten, Lisa Harris, Jeff Carson, Steve Pick, and Tim Duhrkopf.
