Liberty St., Wooster, Ohio, seeking foreclosure and sale of certain real estate located in Wayne County, due to nonpayment of delinquent land taxes, assessments, charges, penalties, and interest in the amount of $10,727.53. Any person, including the Defendant, who owns or claims any right, title, or interest in, or lien upon, said real estate, may file an Answer in the action setting forth the nature and amount of the person's interest and any defense or objection to the complaint. Any such Answer shall be delivered to the prosecuting attorney, within 28 days after the date of this publication.
