LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on or about May 13, 2026, Southern Indiana Gas and Electric Company d/b/a CenterPoint Energy Indiana South ("CEI South") will file, a request for approval a request for approval of its levelized billing plans, rules and regulations, including updates to its tariff verbiage, and an update of the Critical Peak Pricing verbiage to reflect branding of that program to Timewise, under Rule 16 of the General Terms and Conditions Applicable to Gas Service of CEI South's Tariff for Gas Service and Rule 10 of the General Terms and Conditions Applicable to Electric Service of CEI South's Tariff for Electric Service. The levelized billing verbiage is applicable to eligible CEI South natural gas residential and small commercial customers served under rate schedules 110 and 120, and eligible CEI South electric residential and small general service customers served under rate schedules RS, B, and SGS. The Critical Peak Pricing verbiage is applicable to eligible CEI South electric residential customers served under rate schedule RS-CPP. CEI South anticipates approval of the filing by June 26, 2026, but no sooner than 30 days after receipt of the filing by the Commission.
