The storm water discharge will be from the construction of commercial development located in the NE 1/4, the NW1/4, the SE1/4, and SW1/4 of Section 10, Township 77North, Range 6 West, in Washington County. Storm water will be discharged from one (1) point source and will be discharged to the English River, a tributary of the Iowa River.
