NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2026, in Case No. 2024-CC-061068, of the County Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida, in which QUAIL RIDGE OF COCOA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and Joseph M. Johnson, Adama Johnson, Abena Johnson and Unknown Tenant nka William Doe the Defendant(s), Rachel M. Sadoff, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 11:00 a.m. at the Brevard County Government Center-North, in the Brevard Room, 518 S. Palm Avenue, Titusville, Florida in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on June 17, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit #1701, PHASE 3-A, QUAIL RIDGE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recoreded in Official Records Book 2981 Page 2043 in the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida and all amendments thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNERS AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
