NOTICE OF PETITION TO QUIET TITLE
To: Occupants, All the World, all other persons known and unknown who claim or might claim adversely to Petitioner, and to whom it may concern.
You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to establish title to the below described property against all the world was filed on October 23, 2023, in the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, Eastern Judicial Circuit, concerning land known and described as follows:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Savannah, County of Chatham and State of Georgia, and being known as Lot Eighteen (18), Pine Gardens Annex Subdivision, Karp Ward, as shown on a map or plan of said subdivision recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Clerk of Chatham County, Georgia, in Subdivision Map Book "A", Folio 160; said lot having a frontage of sixty (60) feet on the Southern side of Beech Street and a depth in a Southernly direction to a lane being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeastern intersection of Georgia Avenue and Beech Street and proceeding thence in as Easterly direction along the Southern side of Beech Street a distance of Three Hundred (300) feet to a point, which point is the Northwestern corner of the parcel of land herein described and also the point of beginning; thence in a Southernly direction along the dividing line between Lot Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (18) said Subdivision and Ward, a distance of One Hundred Twenty Five and Eight-two Hundredths (125.82) feet to a lane; thence in an Easternly direction along the Northern side of said lane a distance of Sixty (60) feet to a point; thence in a Northerly direction along the dividing line between Lots Eighteen (18) and Nineteen (19), said Subdivision and Ward, a distance of One Hundred Twenty Five and Fifty Four Hundredths (125.54) feet to Beech Street; thence in a Westerly direction along the Southern side of Beech Street a distance of Sixty (60) feet to the point of beginning. Said lot being bounded on the North by Beech Street, on the East by Lot Nineteen (19), said Subdivision and Ward, on the South by said lane, and on the West by Lot Seventeen (17), said Subdivision and Ward. The property is known as 2211 Beech Street, Savannah, Georgia 31404, with PIN 20008-04017.
By reason of order for service by publication, entered by said court on March 16, 2026, you are hereby commanded to be and appear at the Superior Court within thirty (30) days of the date that this notice is first published to make known your interest in said property, and file your answer, along with any objections to the Petition, defenses or other appearances, with the Clerk of said Court and serve a copy upon R. Bates Lovett, Petitioner's attorney, whose address is 237 Commodore Drive, Savannah, Georgia 31410.
