NOTICE OF PETITION TO QUIET TITLE
To: Charles G. King, Charlton J. King, Patricia Ann King, Xeular Philpot, Tasha L. Reynolds, Beverly A. Tilley, Chanda P. Tilley, Donald Washington, Sr., Ernestine Washington, Ronald Washington, Sr., William Washington III, their heirs, beneficiaries, executors, administrators, successors, and/or assigns; occupants, and All the World, all other persons known and unknown who claim or might claim adversely to Petitioner, to whom it may concern.
You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to establish title to the below described property against all the world was filed on October 27, 2023, in the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, Eastern Judicial Circuit, concerning land known and described as follows:
ALL those certain lots, tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in the City of Savannah, County of Chatham and State of Georgia and designated upon a map of Jasper Springs Subdivision made by M. F. Smith, C. E., revised December 1939, which is recorded in Chatham County Records in Subdivision Map Book "A", Page 57, as LOTS FFVE-A (5-A) AND SIX-A (6-A) BLOCK N, JASPER SPRINGS SUBDIVISION, BURNEY WARD, said lots having a combined frontage on the Northern side of Cullman Street (formerly Spring Street) of Sixty Three and Ninety Two Hundredths (63.92) feet with a depth Northwardly on its Western boundary of Seventy and Ninety Four Hundredths (70.94) feet, a depth on its Eastern boundary of Ninety Two and Four Tenths (92.4) feet and being bounded as follows: On NORTH by Lots Six-B (6-B) and Five-B (5-B), said Block, Subdivision and Ward, on the EAST by Lot Four-A (4-A), said Block, Subdivision and Ward; on the SOUTH by Cullman Street (formerly Spring Street); and on the WEST by Lot Seven-A (7-A), said Block, Subdivision and Ward. Reference being hereby made to said map for better determining the metes, bounds and dimensions of said property. LESS and EXCEPT all that certain portion of the property described above conveyed to Chatham County, Georgia by that certain instrument recorded in Deed Book 99-F, Page 875, Chatham County records. Said property having an address of 2208 Cullman Street, Savannah, GA 31415 and a property tax number of 2-0026-12-009. This being the same property conveyed to William Washington and Harriett Washington by Gift Deed from William Washington, dated June 4, 2004, and recorded in Deed Book 270-X, Page l, Chatham County records.
By reason of order for service by publication, entered by said court on February 24, 2026, you are hereby commanded to be and appear at the Superior Court within thirty (30) days of the date that this notice is first published to make known your interest in said property, and file your answer, along with any objections to the Petition, defenses or other appearances, with the Clerk of said Court and serve a copy upon R. Bates Lovett, Petitioner's attorney, whose address is 237 Commodore Drive, Savannah, Georgia 31410.
