NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Delaware County, Indiana, in Cause No. 18C05-2507-MF-000088, wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC was Plaintiff, and Thomas J. Baumet, Megan Baumet, The United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Midland Credit Management, Inc. and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 10th day of June, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Delaware County, Indiana.
Lot 35 in Pleasant View Second Extension, an Addition to the City of Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 41, in the Office of the Recorder of Delaware County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
