LOT NUMBERED 12 IN COLORADO HILLS, AMENDED, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF INDIANAPOLIS, IN MARION COUNTY, INDIANA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 230, IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF MARION COUNTY, INDIANA.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are known:
Terry Johnson, MEB Loan Trust VIII, Discover Bank, Capital One, N.A., Norle Investments, Inc., Rami Elsharaiha, IMC Credit Services, Eagle Finance Company, Circle City Realty, LLC, Pritchett Orthodontics, LVNV Funding LLC, Indiana Department of Revenue, Advanced Debt Collection, Inc., Cach, LLC, Michael O'Rourke, as Trustee of Trust Number 1522, City of Indianapolis, Credit Acceptance Corp., Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance Company, Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC, Mariner Finance LLC, Velocity Investments, LLC.
