PUBLIC NOTICE   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Tobyhanna Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing at the Tobyhanna Township Municipal Building, 105 Government Center Way, Pocono Pines, PA 18350, on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing the following:   APPLICANT Carolyn Dooley of 7746 Lake Shore Drive, Pocono Lake, PA 18347 seeks two (2) separate dimensional variances to replace and reconstruct a single-family dwelling 26 ft. 1 in. x 44 ft.
