Case 26-06: Emiliana Estates Lot Release - Request by applicant to release lots 4 through 11 from covenant restrictions as specified in the Covenant recorded on 4/23/25 in Bristol County (S.D.) Registry of Deeds in Book 15242, Page 30, for the definitive Subdivision Plan of Emiliana Estates in New Bedford, MA, recorded in Plan Book 188, Page 76, on the same date.
Case 26-07: Zoning Ordinance Amendment – Amendment of Chapter 9 of the Code of Ordinances to add Section 6000 to establish Form-Based Code Districts, and to further amend Chapter 9 of the Code of Ordinances, Section 2230 Table of Principal Use Regulations – inserting new Appendix D, and Section 1200 Definitions, with the inclusion of regulating maps of the new zoning districts.
