Township of Mount Laurel NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED CHANGES AMENDING ROUTE 38, ARK ROAD AND FOSTERTOWN ROAD REDEVELOPMENT PLAN   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Mount Laurel Township Planning Board will hold a public hearing on May 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., via Zoom, to review and make recommendations to the Township Council regarding a proposed amendment to Route 38, Ark Road & Fostertown Road Redevelopment Plan to include Block 302.14, Lot 2.01 1 Hovtech Blvd, per Township Council Resolution No. 26-R-115. This item is being heard per the requirements of the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq. after referral from the Township Council.   PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT any interested party may attend such public hearing via zoom. At that time of the public hearing, any interested persons may appear to ask questions of the proposed amendments. A copy of the amended documentation is available for public inspection in the Township Clerk’s Office located at 750 Centerton Road, 2nd floor, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054, during regular business hours Monday through Friday and on the Township’s website.
