Receive bid notices by email by registering with BidNetDirect.com for FREE. Vendors/Contractors may submit responses to IFBs & RFQs electronically or by paper copy. BidNetDirect shall be the official source for bid documents. Outside of the bid envelope, provide the bidder’s name, address, bid number, project name, opening date/time and the City’s address. It shall be the responder’s responsibility to make inquiry as to the amendments issued. Before the contract is awarded, the contractor shall pay all taxes, licenses, fees, and other charges which are outstanding and due to the City. The City of Shreveport reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
