APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE WATER NO. 94985 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 30th day of January 2026 Singatse Peak Services, LLC of Yerington, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 7.47 c.f.s. and 5,408.01 a.f.a. (diversion only - no additional duty is being requested) of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within Mineral Survey 4531 (Red Star Claim) in Section 16, T13N, R25E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 16 bears S 87 degrees 25 minutes 12.82 seconds E, a distance of 3,692.2 feet (approx. 1.5 miles W of Yerington, NV).
