APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 95063 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 24th day of February 2026 Stagecoach General Improvement District of Stagecoach, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.0265 c.f.s., 4.125 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 82832, Certificate 21550. Water will be diverted from an underground source (Central Well) at a point located within the SE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 2, T17N, R23E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the N1/4 corner of said Section 2 bears N 29 degrees 31 minutes 49 seconds E, a distance of 2,268.29 feet (approx. 233 feet NE from the intersection of Apache Dr and Navajo Trail in Lyon County, NV). Water will be used for quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within Lot 3 of Section 18, T17N, R23E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the W1/4 corner of said Section 18 bears N 60 degrees 23 minutes 55 seconds W, a distance of 706 feet.
