APPLICATION FOR WATER NO.95082 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 6th day of March 2026 Nevada Department of Transportation of Carson City, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place and manner of use of 0.020 c.f.s, 4.92 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Claim 87 of the Orr Ditch Decree. Water will be diverted from the Truckee River at a point located within the NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 31, T19N, R18E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 31 bears S 62 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds E, a distance of 3,195.00 feet (Steamboat Ditch).
