PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. at Borough Hall, 12 DePiero Drive Montvale, New Jersey, the Planning Board of the Borough of Montvale will hold a public hearing on the application of the Gray Capital, LLC to amend the Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval previously granted by "Resolution Granting Preliminary And Final Site Approval, Variance Relief, a Major Soil Movement Permit, And A Waiver From Requiring The Submission Of An Environmental Impact Statement To Gray Capital, LLC For Premises Designated As Block 1102, Lot 3" dated September 20, 2022, and subsequently amended by Resolution dated February 26, 2024, for property known and designated as Block 1102, Lot 3, with an address at 100 Summit Avenue, in the Borough of Montvale, Bergen County, New Jersey.
The approvals sought are:
New above ground water tank for fire suppression purposes;
New pump house to support the new water tank;
Relocated dumpster;
Building façade modification;
Two new ground mounted signs.
Together with such other variances/waivers as may be required, design standard exceptions, permits, incidental relief and authorizations that may be deemed required, appropriate or necessary by the Board or the Applicant including determinations made during the hearing process which may be generated by way of plans and submissions. In addition to the foregoing described approvals, please note that to the extent revisions are made during the hearing process, measurements, percentages and other calculations may change as will the associated relief required. The applicant reserves the right to amend its application accordingly.
The public hearing meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m. at which time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. The file on this application is available to the public in the office of the Planning Board, at Borough Hall, 12 DePiero Dr., Montvale, New Jersey, and may be inspected Monday through Friday, during regular office hours.
This Notice is published on behalf of the applicant, by order of the Planning Board, in accordance with the requirements of the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law and the Open Public Meetings Act.
