Bids LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION FOR BIDS   The Raynham Fire Department is seeking sealed bids for the refurbishment of one (1) 2013 E- One Pumper (Engine 3) in accordance with the specifications and pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B.   Specifications are available at the Fire Chiefs Office, 37 Orchard Street, Raynham, MA, weekdays 8:00 a.m.—4:00 p.m., or by email at blacivita@raynhamfire.com.   A mandatory pre-bid inspection will be held on May 27, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Bidders must schedule a time slot; those who do not attend will be deemed non-responsive.   Sealed bids are due by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at the Raynham Fire Department, where they will be publicly opened.   The Raynham Fire Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids.   AD#  BE 05/04, 05/05, 05/06, 05/07, 05/08, 05/10, 05/11, 05/12, 05/13, 05/14, 05/15, 05/17/2026
