NOTICE TO BIDDERS SEALED PROPOSALS will be accepted by the Palmyra Township Board of Supervisors until 1:00 p.m. on Monday June 01, 2026 at the Palmyra Township Municipal Building, 219 Oak Street, Hawley, PA 18428 for the following: "2026 Road Paving Bid Proposal" for Base repair on T-400 Rocky Run Road. 2,608 SY of 5" Depth Base Repair on 4 separate sections of the roadway All materials must meet current PennDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified and must supply proof of prequalification. Proposals must be on forms provided by the Township. Proposal forms, specifications and bid information can be obtained at the Palmyra Township Municipal Building at the above address or by calling Shayla Gouger, Secretary at 570-226-6566, Monday through Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Bidders need to review the proposed project with the Township prior to bidding. All bids will be opened publicly at a regular scheduled Palmyra Township Board of Supervisors meeting on Monday June 01, 2026 at 6:30pm, or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows.
