NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids for Fire Protection Equipment Inspection Services for the three (3) year term beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2029, will be received by the Bucks County Housing Authority, 350 South Main Street - Suite 205, Doylestown, PA until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Specifications and contract documents for the contract will be on file and copies thereof will be made available to prospective bidders during business hours at the office of the Bucks County Housing Authority, 350 South Main Street - Suite 205, Doylestown, PA 18901 (215) 348-9469.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly endorsed on the outside specifying "Bid on Fire Protection Equipment Inspection Service Contract - Bucks County Housing Authority" and addressed to the Bucks County Housing Authority, 350 South Main Street - Suite 205, Doylestown, PA, and must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the form prescribed in the contract documents made payable to the Bucks County Housing Authority. The retention of the certified checks or bid bonds will conform with the provisions of Instructions to Bidders in the contract documents. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the opening of bids. The Bucks County Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any requirements inserted for the protection of the Authority, if the Authority deems such waiver to be in its best interest and as may be permitted by law. Award of the Contract will be made to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by Bucks County Housing Authority, and the Authority reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities in the bid submission permitted by Law and the unqualified right to reject any and all bids.
