HEARING
Amendments to the City of Framingham Zoning
Ordinances
The Framingham Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday May 21st at 7:00 P.M. in the Ablondi Room in the Memorial Building, located at 150 Concord Street, Framingham, AND/OR via remote conference to review and consider amendments to Chapter 435 Table of Uses and Table of Dimensional Regulations. Proposed amendments are as follows:
To amend the Framingham Zoning Ordinances Chapter 435 §435-7 Table of Uses, 435 Attachment 1 - Table of Uses, to add a new Footnote 8a in Table 1 as follows: 8a The Zoning Board of Appeals shall not grant a special permit for a nonconforming lot or structure. The lot and structure shall conform to the existing area, frontage, width, setback, and lot coverage requirements applicable to the zoning districts in which they are located. Off-street parking shall be provided for both dwelling units in accordance with the requirements set forth in §435-24., to apply only to the following uses in Use Category G: 1. Residential A. Single-family detached dwelling; 1. Residential B. Two-family dwelling; 1. Residential C. Multifamily dwelling; and
1. Residential D. Artist live/work/gallery;
and further to amend Chapter 435 §435-7 Table of Dimensional Regulations, 435 Attachment 2, by adding a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of .50 to the Floor Area Ratio column for One-family or two-family detached dwelling in the General Residence G District.
