NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MARLBORO TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant/Owner Marlboro Technology Park, LLC has applied to the Planning Board of the Township of Marlboro for an extension of time of approvals to June 13, 2026 which consists of the prior COVID-19 tolling period, two (2) retroactive extension years and one (1) new extension year for the Amended Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval granted on February 17, 2021 to construct a 2-story warehouse/office building at the property located at northside of Vanderburg Road opposite the Weatherspoon Way intersection, Marlboro, New Jersey and designated as Lot 61.02 in Block 214.07 on the tax map of Marlboro Township. The property comprises approximately 10.67 acres and is located in the LI (light industrial) zone.
The public hearing has been set for May 20, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Marlboro Township Municipal Building located at 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey. Any interested party may appear at such public hearing to hear and present testimony. Copies of the application materials are available on the Marlboro Township website for review at https://www.marlboro-nj.gov/board-of-adjustment-agendas-and-minutes. This Notice is being given by the Applicant/Owner by direction of the Planning Board pursuant to statute.
