NOTICE OF SERVICE BY PUBLICATION   Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 9-11-4(f)(1)(C), this Notice of Service by Publication in the matter of Smyrna Ready Mix Concrete, LLC v. OPA Construction Group, LLC, and Oluwaseun Patunola-Ayaji, Civil Action No. SPCV25-01650, a civil action for failure to pay for construction materials filed in the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia. Said action was filed on March 6, 2025 and the Order granting Plaintiff’s Motion for Service by Publication was granted on April 30, 2026.
