PUGH, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ARTIS KELLEY JR. AND ESTATE OF GENEVA KELLEY GERMANY, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN in favor of Richmond County, Georgia, and that I will proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder the above described property under said FiFa(s) on the FIRST TUESDAY in June, 2026, at the Court House, in the City of Augusta, County and State aforesaid, during the legal hours of sale after having advertised the same according to law.   This 4th day of May, 2026.   T.
