By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 02/03/26, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 06/10/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
One (1) certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances, and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
more particularly and separately described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwestern corner of Lot 1 of the Lucille B. Lirette, Estate fronting LA. State Hwy. No. 1, located in Section 20, T15S-R17E, Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, said point being the "Point of Beginning";
Thence, South 70°18'20" East 96.89 feet to a point;
Thence, South 15°28'40" West 247.89 feet to a point;
Thence, North 74'31'20" West 96.63 feet to a point;
Thence, North 15°28'40" East 255.01 feet to a point; said point being the "Point of Beginning."
The above described tract of land is more clearly depicted on a map prepared by Harold J. Terracina Registered Land Surveyor entitled "Survey Plat showing Lot 1 and Lot 4 belonging to Lucille B. Lirette, Estate Located in the St. Charles Community Section 20, T15S-R17E Lafourche Parish, Louisiana" being the same map recorded at Entry No. 1085042 in the official records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana.

Thence, North 15°28'40" Fast 51.78 feet to a point;
Thence, South 77°54'40" Fast 96.79 feet to a point;
Thence, South 15°28'40" West 64.62 feet to a point;
Thence, North 70'18'20" West 96.89 feet to a point; said point being the "Point of Beginning."
The above described tract of land is more clearly depicted on a map prepared by Harold J. Terracina Registered Land Surveyor entitled "Survey Plat showing Lot 1 and Lot 4 belonging to Lucille B. And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $67539.82 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
