TAKE NOTICE THAT:
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §48-4-45 and 48-4-46, the right to redeem the following described property, previously owned by tax fi. fa. defendant Jennifer Lynn Williams to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon, containing 0.068 acres, more or less, situate, lying and being in the 216th District, G.M., Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, being known and designated as Lot 10, Block B, Westchester Townhomes, and being more particularly described on a plat of survey entitled, "Survey for George W. Brown, Jr.," dated April 16, 1972, prepared by Ben McLeroy and Associates, Registered Surveyors, being further described as follows:
Beginning at an Iron pin on the northwesterly side of Westchester Drive, said iron pin being 465.52 feet northeast of the intersection of Chalfont Drive, as measured along the northwesterly side or Westchester Drive; running thence north 65 degrees 02 minutes west 164.26 feet to an inn pin; running thence north 24 degrees 55 minutes east 18.0 feet to an iron pin; running thence south 65 degrees 02 minutes east 16438 feet to an Iron pin situate on the northwesterly side of Westchester Drive; running thence along Westchester Drive south 25 degrees 20 minutes west 18.0 feet to the beginning iron pin. Address: 331 Westchester Drive, Athens, Georgia 30606.

The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated June 6, 2023, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Clarke County, Georgia in Deed Book 5510 Page 545.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the date stated above by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Douglas McKillip, attorney for Pedro De Paz Sanchez, 22 N Main St., Bldg B, Watkinsville, GA 30677. Note: redemption must be made only to Douglas McKillip personally, and redemption funds cannot be left at the law firm address. Tender must be made as required in O.C.G.A. § 48-4-42 in lawful money of the United States (no revocable monetary instrument will satisfy the requirements of the above-cited statute.)
