NOTICE TO RECEIVE SEALED BIDS The Town of Wausau will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in providing construction services for the following project: WAUSAU CDBG POSSUM PALACE PHASE II This project consists of the following renovations. Replace the exterior siding on the north, east, and west end of the building, repair/replace leaking roof on the north end of the building, remove the doors on the side of the stage, replace the sliding door in front of the stage with two barn style doors, add a minimum of four (4) commercial/industrial fans, install HVAC, and convert two existing restrooms and two small rooms into two larger meeting rooms on each side of the stage. Plans and specifications can be obtained at Dewberry Engineers Inc., 20684 Central Avenue East, Blountstown, Florida 32424.
