LEGAL NOTICE   Brown County is accepting bids for an HVAC project in Green Bay WI. A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled for Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 9:00am CST. Specifications are available on-line at DemandStar, www.network.demandstar.com, project 2800. All vendors are responsible for addendums. Bids are to be sent to the Brown County Clerk no later than 11:00 am CST on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Submit in a sealed envelope marked “Project 2800”. A public bid opening (no in-person) will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. Call-in information will be provided via addendum. Brown County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids. Late receipts, e-mails and facsimiles will not be accepted.
